Section 1.Short title1. This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (Repeal) Act, 2007. Section 2.Repeal of U.P. Act no. I of 2006.2. The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission Act, 2006 is hereby repealed. Section 3.Repeal of U.P. Ordinance no. 6 of 20073. The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (Repeal) Ordinance, 2007 is hereby repealed.
