Tt is hereby enacted as follows :—
1. ('1) This Act may b e called the East Punjab stort tile and
Enumeration of Dwellings Act , 1948. exte

2. In this Act "dwelling house" means a building or
structure used or constru cted or adapted to be used wholly
or principally for human habitation and include s any part

10. No court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the Jurisdicton.
