Act
To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to
the services of the year ending on the thirty first day of March,
2023.
It is hereby enacted in the Seventy Fourth year of the Republic of India as follows.
Short Title and 1. This Act may be called the Nagaland Appropriation (No. J) Commencement Ad, 2023.
Withdrawal of 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of
1852,98980,0001- Nagaland there may be paid and applied further sums not
(Rupees one thousand exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule
