Furtherto REPEAL the Nagaland Municipal Acts 2001 It is hereby, enacted by the Nagaland Legislative Assembly in the Seventy- Fourth year of the Republic of India as follows:
Short title and commencement:
1. (1) This Act may be called the Nagiland Municipal Act. 2001 (Repeal) Act.
2023.
It shall come lino force at once.
That the Nagaland Municipal Act. 2001 is repealed in torn.
Provided that till such time a. new Act is enacted, the Administrators
of the ULBs are to continue to function as maybe notified by the State Government from time to time.
