ACT, 1990.

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1991.
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1991;
It is hereby enacted in the Forty-first Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (No. 2) Short title. Act, 1990.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may Issue of be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Rs. 73,74,05, 72,000 out
Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in of the West Ben. column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Consolidated Act 1 of Fund of West
1990. Account) Act, 1990] to the sum of rupees seven thousand three hundred Bengal for the and seventy-four crores five lakhs and seventy-two thousand towards year 1990-91. defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1991
in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Appro- Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for priation. the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1991.
