THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (No. 2)
ACT, 1982.
[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 28th September, 1982.]

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March,
1983.
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1983;
It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-third Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (No. 2) Short title. Act, 1982.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue of Rs. 29,20,
may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 38,14,000 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees twenty-
out of the Consolidated nine hundred and twenty crores thirty-eight lakhs and fourteen thousand Fund of towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of West Bengal for the year payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1983, 1982-83. in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Appropria-tion. Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1983.
