An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further slims from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1959.
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appro- priation of certain further sums from and out of the Con- solidated Fund of West Bengal for the service of the year ending on the- thirty-first day of March, 1959;
It is hereby enacted in the Ninth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
