THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION
(VOTE ON ACCOUNT) ACT, 1986.

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1987.
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1987;
It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-seventh Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Short title. Account) Act, 1986.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may Issue of be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Rs. 10,11,94, 82,000 out Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees one thousand of the and eleven crores, ninety-four lakhs and eighty-two thousand towards Consolidated Fund of de fraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during West Bengal the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1987, in respect of the for the year 1986-87. services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Appropria- tion.
Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1987.
