Section 1.Short title

This Act may be called the Rajasthan Commercial Crops Cess (Repeal) Act, 1972.


Section 2.Repeal of Rajasthan Act 9 of 1969

The Rajasthan Commercial Crops Cess Act, 1969 (Rajasthan Act 9 of 1969) is hereby repealed.
