to repeal the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University,
Jaipur Act, 2012.
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the S i x t y -seventh
Y e a r o f t h e Re p u b l i c o f India, as follows:-
1. Short title and commencement: -
(1) This Act may be called the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law
University, Jaipur (Repeal) Act, 2016.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Repeal of Rajasthan Act No. 30 of 2012:-The Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar
Law University, Jaipur Act, 2012 (Act No. 30 of 2012) is hereby
repealed.
