Notification
The 6th August, 2013
No. PF-7/8/5/2013-2TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (1) read with Sub -section (2) of Section 24 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (8 of 1975) and with reference to llaryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, Notification No. PF-7/35502, dated the 4th April, 2013, The Governor of Haryana here by makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules, 1976, namely:—
I. These rules may he called the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas (Amendment) Rules, 2013.
2. They shall come into force with effect from 1st June, 2012.
3. In the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules, 1976, in the end, for the existing Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:—
