Notification The 8th October, 2008 No. 18/20/2005.5-HB-I.—In continuation of Government order No. 18/20/2005-5HB-I, dated 25th September, 2008. The Government has decided that the Health Department would be re -organized as per NRHM requirements to accelerate progress under the Umbrella Programme. It is decided that the present designation of Programme Officers would be done away with and they would instead be re -designated as Deputy Civil Surgeons. The Governor of Haryana is pleased to make change in nomenclature of the following 8 posts of Programme Officers :— Sr. No. From • To

2. It has further been decided that every Civil Surgeon would be assisted by eight Deputy Civil Surgeons at the District Head Quarters. Each Deputy Civil Surgeon shall be assigned specific geographical area (both Urban and Rural) for monitoring implementation of all health programmes, services and enactments. Civil Surgeon would in addition entrust each Deputy Civil Surgeon suitable responsibility in respect of Disease Control Programmes.

specification below is required for the public; purpose, namely for thedevelopment and utilization of land for Residential. Sector -12 at Gurgaon as shown in the development plan by the Haryana Urban Development Authority. in the area of Price: Rs. 5.00 (4225)

Village Gurgaon, H. B. No. 55, Tehsil and District Gurgaon. And, whereas, in pursuance of the provisions of Section 14 of the said Act, the Governor of Haryana is satisfied that the said land is required for the aforesaid purpose, it is hereby notified that the land described in the specification below is likely to be required for the aforesaid purpose and the Land Acquisition Collector, Urban Estates, Haryana, Sector -14, Gurgaon shall cause public notices of the substance of the notification to be given at convenient places in the locality.
This notification is made under the provisions of Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for the information of all to whom it may concern.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorises the officers with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.
Any person interested who has any objection to the acquisition of the land in the locality may within a period of thirty days of publication of this notification in official gazette file objection if any, in writing before the Land Acquisition Collector, Urban, Estates, Haryana, Sector -14, Gurgaon.
Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, Urban Estates, Haryana, Sector -14 , Gurgaon
