Act
to amend the Arunodaya University Arunachal Pradesh Act, 2014 (Act No. 13 of 2014).
Be it enacted by the Legislature ofArunachal Pradesh in the Seventy{hird Year ofthe Republic o, lndia as follows :-
Short title and commencement Pradesh (Amendment) Act, 2022.
(1) This Act may be called theArunodaya University Arunachal
(2) lt shall come into force on the date of it's publicatron in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendmont of Section 14: ln theArunodaya University Arunachal PradeshAct,2014 (Act No. 13of 20 14) ( hereinafter refened to as the PrincipalAct), for the existing entries in clauses (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of section 14 the following shall be suDstituted;
"(a) The Visitor;
(b The Chancello[
(c) The Vic+Chancello(
(d) The Registra(
(e) The Finance Officer; and
(0 Such other officers as may be declared by the statutes to be authontres and officers of the University."
3. AmendmentofSectionl6(1): ln the PrincipalAct, in sub-section (1)of section 16, the wofts "with the prior approval of the Visitof' agpeating in the last part ofthe sentence shall be deleted.
4. Savings : Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the Principal Act prior to this amendment shall be valid unless revoked or annulled by the Slate Government.
