(FOURTH AMENDMENT) ACT, 2003.

ACT
Further to amend the Tripura Tea Companies (Taking Over of Management of Certain Tea Units) Act, 1986.
Be it enacted by the Tripura Legislative Assembly in the Fifty-Fourth year of the Republic of India as follows:
Short title, 1.
(1) This Act may be called the Tripura Tea Companies (Taking Over extent and
of Management of Certain Tea Units) (Fourth Amendment) Act, 2003. commencement
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the tenth day of November, 2002.

In the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tripura Tea Companies Section 3 (Taking Over of Management of Certain Tea Units) Act, 1986, for the words
"Eleven years", the words "Thirteen years" shall be substituted.
