Provided that arty person getting benefit of exemption -from payment of electricity duty under notification no. F-1475-XIII-2002 dated 1st
March,2002, rea4 with notification no. F-3-13-2007 dated 24th
March,2007, issued under the repealed Madhya Pradesh Electricity Duty Act, 1949, shall continue to get such exemption till the completion of the period specified in the said notification as per sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Shulk Adhirtiyam, 2012."
