Passed by the Governor General of India in Council, on the 11th March, 1853.
An Act for the abolition of the Government monopoly of Tobacco in the Provinces of Coimbatore, Malabar and Canara.
Whereas it has been deemed expedient, that the monopoly of ??? in the Provinces of Coimbatore, Malabar and Canara, shall be ??? Regulations VII. and VIII. of 1811, and such parts of ??? V. of 1831, of the Madras Code, as relate to the said ??? are hereby rescinded.
