An Act to repeal the Gold (Control) Act, 1968

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:

Section 1. Short title

1. Repealed by Act 30 of 2001, Section 2 and Schedule I. Ed. The repeal by this Act of any enactment shall not affect any other enactment in which the repealed enactment has been applied, incorporated or referred to.
