An Act to repeal the Countess of Dufferin's Fund Act, 1957

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:

Section 1. Short title

This Act may be called the Countess of Dufferin's Fund (Repeal) Act, 2002.

Section 2. Repeal of Act 63 of 1957

The Countess of Dufferin's Fund Act, 1957 is hereby repealed.

1. Received the assent of the President on December 18, 2002 and published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Part II, Section I, dated 19th December, 2002, p. 1, No. 77.

2. Repealed by Act 4 of 2018, S. 3 and Sch. II, dated 8-1-2018.
