recimmiendations made by the Selection Committee, the
Executive Council shall refer the matter to the Chancellor
alongwith the reasons of such disagreement and his deci-
sion shall be final;
(ii)- if the Executive Council does not take a decision
Within the time allowed by the Chancellor, the Chancellor
shall decide the matter and his decision shall be final."
3.- In section 50 of the: principal Act, after sub-section (5), the Amendment of ' ' following sbbasections shall•be (nettled, namely •:—
