(I) The Uttar Pradesh High Court (Abolition of Letters Patent Repeal and
NAppeals) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1975 is hereby repealed. savings.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under
the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this
faAct as if this Act had come into force on May 23, 1975.
