OF BURLA NOTIFI ED ARCA COUNCIL OF THE STATE A D

BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Odisha in the ixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
I. (/)This Act may be called the Odisha (Reduction of Term of Office of Burla
11 Notified Area Council) Act. 20 14.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th day of o ember. 2014.

4. (/) The Odishu (Reduction of Term of Oflicc ol' Burl a Noti lied /\rea Counci I) Ordinance. '.!O 14 is hereh)' repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding the repeal under sub-section ( I). anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed 10 have been done or taken under this Act.
