to protect the Publication of Reports of Proceedings of Manipur Legislative Assembly. '
BE it enacted by the Manipur Legislative Assembly in the Twenty
Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :—
'
I 1. (1) This Act may be ealled the Manipur Legislative Assembly _ Shofi -'ifle

(2) Nothing in sub—section (1) shall be construed as protectin g the
publication of any matter, the publication of which is not for the pu blic
good.

4. The Act shall apply in relation to matters broadcast by means of
