Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Preamble Gauhati University Act, 1947, hereinafter called theXVAI‘ssafmIQA:; principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing; < It is hereby enacted in the Twentieth Year of the - Republic of India as follows:— Short title 1.
