AN ACT TO AUTHORISE PAYMENTS AND APPROPRIATION OF MONEYS
FROM AND OUT OF THE CONSOLIDATED FUND OF THE STATE OF ANDHRA
PRADESH FOR THE SERVICES OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 1st
APRIL, 2018.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Sixty-ninth year
of the Republic of India as follows:-

The following Act of the Andhra Pradesh Legislature received the assent of the
Governor on the 19th October, 2018 and the said assent is hereby first published on the
25th October, 2018 in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette for general information :-

Appropriation.
1. This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh
Appropriation (No.3) Act, 2018.
2. The State Govenunent may appropriate from and out of
the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the
financial year commencing on the 15‘ April, 2018, a sum not
exceeding Eleven thousand two hundred and twelve erores,
eleven lakhs and twenty one thousand rupees, in addition to
sum of one lakh ninety three thousand nine hundred and
twenty three crores, ninety nine lakhs and seventy three
thousand mpees, specified in section 2 of the Andhra Pradesh
Appropriation Act, 2018, being moneys required to meet, '
(a) the grants made by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative
Assembly for that year, as set-forth in column (3) of the
Schedule; and
(b) the expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the
State of Andhra Pradesh for that year, as set forth in column
(4) of the Schedule.
3. The sums authorized to be appropriated from and out
of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh by
this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes
expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
