PRADESH FOR THE SERVICES OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR COMMENCED ON THE
1“ APRIL, 2018‘
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in file Seventieth year
of the Republic of India as follows:—

Appropriation
1. This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Appropriation (No.2) Act,
2019.
2. The State Government may appropriate from and out of the Consolidated
Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the financial year which
commenced on the 1“ April, 2018, a further sum not exceeding thirty seven
thousand eight hundred and ninety six crores, sixty two lakhs and twenty
thousand rupees, being moneys required to meet, A
(a) the supplementary grants made by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative
Assembly for that year, as set-forth in column (3) of the Schedule; and
(b) the supplementary expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the
State of Andhra Pradesh for that year, as set forth in column (4) of the
Schedule.
3. The sums authorized to be appropriated from and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh by this Act, shall be
