GOVERNMENT OF MANIPUR SECRETARIAT: LAW & LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT NOTI FICATION Imphal, the 23™ July, 2013 No. 2/50/2013-Leg/L: The following Act of the Legislature, Manipur which received assent of the Governor of Manipur on 227 July, 2013 is hereby published in the Official Gazette: THE MANIPUR PUBLIC SERVANTS’ PERSONAL LIABILITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2013 (MANIPUR ACT NO. 10 OF 2013) . AN , ACT to amend the Manipur Public Servants’ Personal Liability Act, 2006 (Manipur Act No. 8 of 2006). | B Be it- enacted by the Legislature of Manipur in the Sixty-fourth year of the Republic of India as follows :- | 1. Short title and commencement.- (i) This Act may be called the Manipur Public Servants’ Personal Liability (Amendment-) Act, 2013. (i) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. 2. Insertion of new Section 4A.- After Section 4 of the Manipur Public Servants’ Personal Liability Act, 2006, the following new Section 4A shall be inserted, namely — “4A. Liability. for 051 irregular actions.- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Act, any irregular actions committed by a public servant four years before commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to be irregular actions committed था (Th.
