Areas (Alpakalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1977
IT IS HEREBY enacted in the Twenty-ninth Year of the Republic of India
as follows :—
Amendment of
section 3.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities, Notified
Areas and Town Areas (Alpakalik Vyavastha) (Sa nshodha n) Adhi ni yam, 1978.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on August 5, 1978.
2. In section 2 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities, Notified Areas and
Town Areas (Alpakalik Vyavastha) Adhi niyam, 1977, hereinafter referred to,
as the principal Act,— ,
in sub-section (1), for the words "one, year", the words "eighteen,
months" shall be substituted;
in sub-section (2), for the words "one year", the words "eighteen
months" shall be substituted.
3. In section 3 of the principal Act,--
(a) for the words "one year" ' the words "eighteen months" shall be
substitute&

the provisionsofthe principal Act as am: ided' by the said Ordinance shall be
deemed to have been done or Laken underthe corresponding provisions of the
principal Actasamended by this Act,asif this Act were in force at all material
times. ,
