further to attend the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandl Samitis (Alpakaltic
ryawastha)aldhiniyam, 1972
IT is HEREBY enacted in the Thirty-third Year of the Republic of India as
follows :
(1) This Act, may be called the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi
Stmltis (Alpikalik Vyawastha) (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 1982.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on February 20, 1982.
In section 2 of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samitis
(Alpakalik Vyawastha) Adhiniyarn, 1972, in sub-section (1), for the words "two years", the words "three years" shall be substituted.
(1) The Uttar Pralesh KrIthi Utpadan Mandi Samitis (Alpakalik
Vy twastha) (Santhodhan) (Dwitiya) Adhyadesh, 1982, is hereby repealed. oti

(2) N3' 71:th:standing such repeal, anything done or any action taken under
the rovisions of the Act referred to in section 2, as amended by the Ordinance
referred to in sub-section (1), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under
the corresponding provisions of the said Act, as amended by this Act, aS if the
provisions of this Act were in force at all material times.
