English translaion of the Uttar Pradesh Mantri Tatha Vidhayak .(Astiyon

to amend the Uttar Pradesh Ministers and Legislators (Publication of Assets
and Liabilities) Act, 1975.
IT IS HEREBY enacted in the Thirty-second Year of the Republic of India
as follows :—
I. This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Ministers and Legislators
(Publication of Assets and Liabilities) (Amendment) Act, 1981.
2. In section 6 of the Uttar Pradesh Ministers and Legislators (Publida-
tion of Assets and Liabilities) Act, 1975, hereinafter referred to as the principal
Act,—
in Usb-section (1), the words and figure "sub-section (1) of" shall
be omitted;
in sub-section (2), the words and figures "under sub-section .(2)]
or sub-section (3) of section 3 or" shall be omitted.
3. In the First Schedule to the principal Act, in the opening sentence,
for the words and figures "under section 3 (1) " the words and figures "under
section 3" shall be substituted.
