IT IS HEREBY enacted in the Thirty-fourth year of the Republic
.of India as follows: Short title.
This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandl
Samitis (Alpakalik Vyawastha) (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 1983,
In section 2 of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samitis
(Alpakalik vyawastho Adhiniyam, 1972, in sub-section (1),
for the words "three years", the words "three years and three months" shall be
substituted
