ACT
further to amend the Uttar Pradesh Contingency Fund Act,
1950 follows :—
Jr IS HEREBY
enacted in the Thirty-third Year of the Republic of India at i
(Amendment) Act, 1982.
(1) This Act
may be called the Uttar Pradesh
Contingency Fund'
(2) It shall be deemed to have
come into force on June 19, 1982. In section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Contingency
Fund Act, 1950, afie
sub-section (8), the following sub-section shall be
inserted, namely :
"(9) The State Government shall, on the commencement of the

Pradesh
Contingency Fund (Amendment) Act, 1982, withdraw a father sum of fifty crores of rupees out of the Consolidated
Fund of the Slat cj
and
place the same to the credit of the Fund."
1982 is hereby repealed.

Fund (Amendment) Ordinance, 4! (2)
Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any
action taken under the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1), shalt be deemed to have
