further to amend the Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973 and the Uttar'
Pradesh Universities (Re-enactment and Amendment) Act, 1974
Short title and
commencement. 1. (1) This Act may be called the *Uttar Pradesh State Universities; (Second Amendment) Act, 1982.
(2) The provisions of sections 2, 3 and 4 shall be deemed to have come
into force on December 29, 1981 and the remaining provisions shall come into, force at once.
IT IS HEREBY enacted in the Thirty-third Year of the Republic of India as
follows :-
