IT IS HEREBY enacted in the Thirty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows I
1. This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Zila Parishad (Alpakalik
Short title. Vyavastha) (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 1983.
Amendment of 2. In section 2 of the Uttar Pradesh Zila Parishads (Alpakalik Vyavastha) section E of Adhiniyam, 1977, in sub-section (1), for the words and figures "31st day of U. P. Act no. March, 1983", the words and figures "31st day of March, 1984" shall be 15 of 1977. substituted.
