ACT
further to amend the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954,
in its application to Uttar Pradesh
IT rs hereby enacted in the Twenty-seventh Year of the Republic of India
as follows :-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Prevention of Food Adulteration :
(Uttar Pradesh Amendment) Act, 1976.
It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.
It shall be deemed to have come into force on April 1, 1976.
2. In seetion 6 of the Prevention of Adulteration of Food, Drugs and
Cosmetics (Uttar Pradesh Amendment) Act, 1974, clauses (1), (ii) , (iii): and
(v) are hereby omitted.
