[Bihar Act 5, 2019] Bihar Advocates' Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2019
AN
ACT
To amend the Bihar Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1983 (Bihar Act 16, 1983) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the Seventieth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short title, Extent and Commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Bihar Advocates' Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2019
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
(3) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
2. Amendment of Section-22 of the Act-16, 1983.—(1) The words "Fifteen Rupees"
mentioned in Sub-Section (1) of Section 22 of the said Act shall be substituted by the words
"Twenty Five Rupees".
