THE ASSAM URBAN AREAS RENT CONTROL (AMENDMENT)
ACT, 1968

An Act to am end the A ssa m Urban A reas Rent C ontrol Act, 1966 Preamble. Whereas it is expedient to amend the Assam Urban Assam Act
Areas Rent Control Act, 1966, hereinafter called the Hof 1967, principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted in the Nineteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
Short title, 1. (1) This Act may be called the Assam Urban
