Brtrflrofr to amend the Mauipur Town and Country Flaming Act, 1975.
BE it enacted by the Legislature of Manipur in the Twenty-
seventh Year of the Republic of India, as follows :
‘ 1. (1) This Act may be ca‘led the Manipur Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Act, 1976.”
.(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. To section 63 of the Manipur Town and Country
Planning Act, 1975, the following proviso shallbe added, ._
namely—
“Provided that the State Government may guarantee the repayment of the principal and the payment of the interest thereof in respect of loans borrowed by' the Authority from the Life Insurance Corporation of India and other financial institutions, with the prior approval of the State Government for the execution of a plan and a Scheme.".
