tion of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following
English translation of the Uttar Pradesh Bhandar Adhigrahan (Sanshoclharn
Adhiniyam, 1976 (Uttar Pradesh Adhiniyara Sanlchya 26 of 1976) as passed by the
Uttar Pradesh Legislature and assented to by the President on June 30, 1976 :

to make the Uttar Pradesh Storage Requisition Act, 1955, permanent
IT TS HEREBY enacted in the Twenty-seventh Year of the Republic of India
as follows :—
Short title. 1. The Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Storage Requisition (Amend-
ment) Act, 1976.
Amendment of 2. In section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Storage Requisition Act, 1955. sub-
section i of U.?. section 4 shall be omitted. Act No, loci of
