CHHAITISGARH CHIKITSA MAHAVIDYALAYON KE SNATKOITAR

PATHYAKRMON MAIN PRAVFSH ADHINIYAM, 2002 .

An Act to r~gulate admission to Postgraduate Medical courses in the MedicaJ Colleges or Chhattisgarh.

Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Manda! in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows :-

I. (1) This Act may be called the "Chhattisgarh Chikitsa Mahavidyalayon Ke Snatkottar Pathyakrmon Main Pravesh Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 28 of 2002), "

(2) It shall extend to the whole of Chhattisgarh,

(3) It shall come into force in the official gazelle of Chhattisgarh.

2. The expression "State Government" shall include, and be deemed to have always included, the State Government as it preexisted prior. to 1st November, 2000 in relation to area now comprised in the State of Chhattisgarh.

3. The admission to Postgraduate courses in the Medical Colleges of Chhattisgarh shall be regulated by rules made by the State Government.

4. (I) The State Government may make rules from time to time to carry out the purposes · Po\ttrstomake ndts. of this Act, and may also amend such rules from time to time •

(2) All the rules ma.cir. under this Act shall be laid on the table of the V_idhan Sabha.

5. (I) Tile Chhallisgarh Medical Snatkotlar Pravesh Precksha Niyam, 2002, shallbe deemed lo be rules made by the State Government under this Act.
