AN ACT TO AUTHORISE PAYMENTS AND APPROPRIATION OF
INEYS FROM AND OUT OF THE CONSOLIDATED FUND OF THE
ATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH FOR THE SERVICES OF THE
ANCIAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 15TAPRIL, 2018.
Be, it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in
Sixty-ninth year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Appropriation Act, 2018. - Short Title.

Appropriation of 2 The State Government may appropriate from and out of the

Consolidated Fund of the COMMENCING on the 1%t April, 2018, a sum not exceeding one lakh ninety
State of Andhra Pradeshthree thousand nine hundred and twenty three crores, ninety nine lakhs and
orthe Financial ¥ear seventy three thousand rupees, being moneys required to meet:-
commencing on the' 1 \
April, 2018 :
(8) the grants made by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for
the year, as set-forth, in column (3) of the Schedule: and '
(b) the expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the 5186 of
Andhra Pradesh for the year, as set-forth in column (4) of the Schedule.
Appropriation. 3. The sums authorized to be appropriated from and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh by this Act, shall be
appropriated for the services-and purposes expressed in the Schedule in
relation to the said year.
