Appropriation.
1. This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh
Appropriation Act, 20 1 6.
2. The State Government may appropriate from and
out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh,
for the financial year commencing on the 15‘ April, 2016, a
sum not exceeding one lakh thirty seven thousand seven
hundred and twenty eight crores, fifty five lakhs and seventy
seven thousand rupees, being moneys required to meet:—
(a) the grants made by the Andhra Pradesh
Legislative Assembly for the year, as set-forth, in column (3)
of the Schedule; and
(b) the expenditure charged on the Consolidated
Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the year, as set-forth
in column (4) of the Schedule.
3 The sums authorized to be appropriated from and
out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh
by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes
expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.

AN ACT TO AUTHORISE PAYMENTS AND APPROPRIATION OF
MONEYS FROM AND OUT OF THE CONSOLIDATED FUND OF THE
STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH FOR THE SERVICES OF THE
FINANCIAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 1 ST APRIL, 2016.
