THE HIMACHAL PRADESH REPEALING ACT, 1973

(Received the assent of the Governor on the 18th May, 1973, and was published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated the 24th May, 1973, pp. 770-771).
An Act to repeal certain enactments in their application to Himachal Pradesh.
BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Twenty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Repealing Act, 1973.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of April, 1973.
2. Repeal of certain enactments.- The enactments specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in the fourth column thereof in their application to Himachal Pradesh.
