An Act to repeal the Himachal Pradesh New Towns (Periphery) Control Act, 1976 (Act No. 33 of 1976).
It is hereby enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Thirty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh New Towns (Periphery) Control (Repeal) Act, 1988.
2. Repeal of Act No. 33 of 1976.-Thc Himachal Pradesh New Towns (Periphery) Control Act, 1976 (33 of 1976) is hereby repealed.
