The following Act of the Andhra Pradesh Legislature received the assent of the
ernor on the 29" December, 2017 and the said assent is hereby first published on the
anuary, 2018 in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette for general information

ACT FURTHER TO AMEND THE ANDHRA PRADESH WATER
OURCES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIONACT, 1997.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of 81009 Pradesh in the Sixty-eighth
year 0f the Republic of India as follows:-
1. (1). This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Water Resources Development ~ Short title a“Ld
. commencement.
Corppration (Amendment) Act, 2017.
(2) It shall come into force on such date, as the Government may, by notification,
appoint.
