(c) Section 4 shall be deemed to have come
into force on the 30" May, 2015.
In the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act,
2005 (herein after referred to as the Principal Act),
in Schedule - |, after serial number 66, the follow-
ing shall be added, namely,-
“67. ‘Bio-Gas’ manufactured from ‘Organic Waste',
68. Sales of e_bid Re-gasified Liquefied Natural
Gas (RLNG) by GAIL/ GSPCL to the gas based
power plants in the Andhra Pradesh State under
the proposal for utilization of stranded gas based
generation capacity approved by the Goverment of
India.”
In the Principal Act, in Schedule - 1V, for serial
No. 9, the following shall be substituted, namely,-
“9. Bamboos, Cane (Rattan), Casuarina poles,
subabul, Eucalyptus logs and cut sizes thereof”.
In the Principal Act, in Schedule - Vi,
(i) in “Explanation - 1", after the words “the
Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited
or,” the words “the Commissioner of Prohibition
and Excise or” shall be inserted:
(i) in "Explanation - iI", after the words “the
Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited
or*, the words “the Commissioner of Prohibition
and Excise or” shall be inserted.

The following Act of the Andhra Pradesh
Legislature received the assent of the Governor on the
3% QOctober, 2015 and the said assent is hereby first
published on the 8" October, 2015 in the Andhra Pradesh
Gazette for general information:-
ACT NO. 16 OF 2015.
AN ACT FURTHER TO AMEND THE ANDHRA
PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2005.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the
State of Andhra Pradesh in the Sixty-sixth Year of
the Republic of India, as follows:-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Short title,
Value Added Tax (Fourth Amendment) Act, extent and
2015; commencement.
(2) (a) Section 2 shall be deemed to have come
into force on the 25" May, 2015;
(b) Section 3 shall be deemed to have come
into force on the 15" May, 2015, and
