ACT FURTHER TO AMEND THE ANDHRA PRADESH
PANCHAYAT. RAJ ACT, 1994.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the sixty -
eighth year of Republic of [ndia as follows:

This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Amendment) = Short title and
Act, 2017. : ommencement,
[t shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by
notification. appoint.
2. In the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, for section 92. the following Substitut‘ion of

such manner as may be prescribed.”.
