A ACT FURTHER TO AMEND THE ANDHRA PRADESH
CIPALITIES ACT, 1965.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Sixty-eighth
year of the Republic of India as follows:-
L. | (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Amendment) Short title and
A o 2017 commencement.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notifica-
tion, appoint.

“commissioner” shall be substituted.
3. Inthe principal Act, in section 185,-
