further to amend the Hnryana State Board ofTechnical Education Act. 2008

Be lI enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixty-Sixth Year of the
Republic of India as follows :—
I. (1) This Act may be culled the lluryuna State Board at Technical Education shun ltllt: 'uul -

(2) It shall be deemed to have come'into force on the 6th May 2008
2. Subsection (3) of section I of the Haryana State Board of Technical Education Act. Amcndmcm 01

was in force and shall not be called in question in any court. or before any authority on
