secticn 37 of the D ngemus Machines (Regulation) Act, 1983 (Central AC!
35 of 19S3) the Governor of Maryann hereby makes the following rules,
nan-rely:—
1. These rules may be called the Heryana Dangerous‘ Machines Sim“ lulu
(Regwifltian) Rules, 1987",
2. In these rules, unless ‘rhe contain otherwise requires,— Dcrm‘mm‘
(a) “Act" means the Dangerous Machines (Regulation) Act, 1983
(Central Act 35 afl983).
