An Act further to amend the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1998. Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the sixty-third year of the Republic of. India as follows :—
Short tine. I. This Act may be called the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (Sanshodban) Adhiniyam, 2012.
Substitution of • 2. For Section 17 of the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyhogiki Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1998 Section 17. • (No. 13 of 1998), the following section shall be substituted, namely :— Mode of
reentitnient.
"17.(t) The post of Registrar and Controller of Examination of the Vishwavidyalaya shall be filled from the officers of the Madhya Pradesh Technical Education (Gazetted) Service and in case of non-availability of such officers, such posts shall be filled in by the Kuladhipati by securing the services of suitable officers on deputation.
(2) Other cadres of 'oilier officers of he Vishwavidyalaya shall be filled from the officers and teachers of the Vishwavidyalaya and in case of non-availability of such officers and teachers, the posts shall be filled in from the officers of the Madhya Pradesh Technical Education (Gazetted) Service or by the Kuladhipati by securing the 'services of suitable officers On deputation.".
